What We Do

Interview key stakeholders

We organise pre-meetings with key stakeholders to clarify their expectations for the day and establish the key areas which require focus during the workshop

Review existing strategy

We undertake a desktop review of existing strategy documents and key operational metrics which will then serve as the starting point for strategic discussions.

Strategic tools overlay

We will overlay the use of strategy tools such as SWOT, blue ocean, TAM and Crux thinking to provide different lens through which to examine your current and future strategy.

1 day workshop

Two senior consultants facilitate a one day workshop (typically offsite) which walks the senior team through the strategy development process. Co-operatively the group identities the crux problems, priorities the most addressable and impactful areas of focus and develops comprehensive plans to respond to key issues.

High level strategy plan

Based on the outcome of the workshop we develop a high-level strategy document and implementation roadmap.
